Shipping Policy
- To get FREE delivery, your order total amount must be above ₦40,000 excluding large items.
- Our delivery rate varies based on location and shipping method.
- All orders placed before 10:00 am will be delivered same-day at the standard shipping rate (₦500 most times).
- All orders placed after 10:00 am will be delivered the next day at the standard shipping rate (₦500 most times).
- The cost (₦3,500 most times) of 90 minutes delivery is higher than the standard shipping rate. These customers are referred to as JC Groceries Express customers.
- The 90 minutes delivery is scheduled between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and it’s exclusive to some locations in Abuja; Asokoro, Central Business District, Garki 1 & 2, Gwarimpa, Guzape, Maitama, Utako, Wuse (Zones 1-7), and Wuse 2.
